Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company objectives. Be able to do the job as described. 2-5 years of sales management experience. Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A track record of success in sales, preferably with medical devices or tangible goods. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%). Bachelor's degree required. Audiology experience is a plus.
