Headquartered in the United States, Red Sky Lighting is expanding its presence and is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive growth in the hazardous lighting segment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership : Lead the sales efforts, driving growth by meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the hazardous environment lighting segment.
- New Customer Acquisition : Identify, target, and secure new customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Key Account Management : Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and developing strategic opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning : Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services.
- Market Analysis : Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the hazardous lighting industry, adjusting sales strategies to remain competitive.
- Customer Solutions : Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions that address their hazardous lighting challenges.
