Job descriptionImplement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA. Use evidence-based strategies such as natural environment teaching (NET), discrete trial training (DTT), prompting, and reinforcement. Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals during sessions. Document session notes and progress updates in a timely, compliant manner. Communicate observations and progress with supervisors and team members. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards at all times. Compassionate, patient, and energized by working with young children. Comfortable in active, fast-paced environments like childcare centers and community settings. Open to coaching and eager to learn, grow, and refine your skills. A reliable team player who values collaboration, consistency, and follow-through. Mission-driven and motivated to make a real difference in children’s lives. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required). Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred). Experience in childcare, preschool, or school-based settings (strongly preferred).
