Ball HealthCare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in our Birmingham, Alabama market. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of facility Dietary departments in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing, and as may be directed by the Administrators, to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and the dietary departments are maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner. Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD)
• Must have Supervisory and Management experience
• Minimum of three years Long-Term Care work experience preferred
• Must create budgets and ensure the facilities meets health and safety code requirements
• Must be able to coordinate dietary services and activities with nursing services and other related departments in assisting in the developing of diet plans for residents
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must maintain the confidentiality of the residents, comfort and positive attitude in communicating with the elderly
