Join our dynamic team at RD Nutrition Consultants, where we're dedicated to providing top-notch nutrition care and education to our participants. As a Registered Dietitian, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating nutritional status, devising care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Deliver tailored nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and the community, following physician directives and ADA guidelines.
- Document participant progress accurately in medical records and liaise effectively with team members.
- Be a vital member of our Interdisciplinary Team, actively contributing to participant care planning.
