Role & Responsibility

• Performs direct nursing patient care including patient assessments / triage, immunizations and other nursing clinical duties that include assessment, and clinical management.
• Assists clinicians during examinations as needed.
• Assist with supervision of clinical nursing services including laboratory functions, clinical supervision of MAs
• Provides feedback, mentors staff, and helps contribute to staff's professional development.
• Collaborate with applicable parties to effectively manage patient and back-office flow throughout the clinic; take action as necessary to maintain smooth patient flow and informs clinicians regarding issues affecting the ability to deliver proper patient care.
