Performs direct nursing patient care including patient assessments / triage, immunizations and other nursing clinical duties that include assessment, and clinical management.
Assists clinicians during examinations as needed.
Assist with supervision of clinical nursing services including laboratory functions, clinical supervision of MAs
Provides feedback, mentors staff, and helps contribute to staff's professional development.
Collaborate with applicable parties to effectively manage patient and back-office flow throughout the clinic; take action as necessary to maintain smooth patient flow and informs clinicians regarding issues affecting the ability to deliver proper patient care.
Education & Experience
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, current CA Registered Nurse license to practice.
Experience with electronic medical records required.
Knowledge of direct outpatient care and prior experience in a clinic setting is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions sufficient to establish a safe work environment.
