Responsibilities
- Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
- Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
- Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
Requirements
Work Hours (Multiple Options Available) :
Job Type : Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs / wk
Pay Details : $16.00 per hour
