  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing government relations and public policy initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex legislative and regulatory issues and develop strategic responses.
  • Strong network of contacts within Arizona state government, local governments and relevant industry associations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
  • The desire, motivation, and ability to make a difference in maintaining Amkor's reputation for reliability, trust, honesty and ethical business behavior.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the multicultural organization.
  • Ability to build productive, long-term relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations discreetly.
  • Strong project management skills.
