Job Highlights :

  • Prepare, execute, and coordinate registration projects in Canada and U.S. for biocidal products.
  • Communicate and collaborate with business teams, customers, and authorities regarding regulatory topics.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and effectively communicate technical material and government regulations policies to LANXESS employees and customers.
  • Coordinate with external laboratories to place studies and ensure services delivered for data required for regulatory purposes.

Experience / Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or a closely related field; master's degree is preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the regulatory field with technical knowledge of current regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines for registration of biocides by the U.S. EPA, state agencies, and PMRA.
  • Ability to work independently with good communication and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of FDA and Canadian FDA specific to indirect food contact clearances for biocides is preferred.
  • This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on-site in the Pittsburgh office at least three days per week every week.
