The Regulatory Analyst is a member of Kinder Morgan’s Rates and Regulatory department and will be based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the preparation of permits, applications and compliance filings that are submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for interstate pipeline related projects and activities.
Act as company liaison with FERC Staff, company personnel, other agencies’ representatives during various phases of a project including the pre-filing process, the pendency of an application at FERC, the construction of a project and during post construction compliance.
