Summer Regulatory Compliance Internship Opportunity at ProAmpac
As Regulatory Compliance intern, you will work closely with our corporate legal team to gather and track material information from our internal manufacturing sites and raw material suppliers. This opportunity includes hands-on experience analyzing supplier and plant data to prepare compliance documents for our customers and internal stakeholders regarding the materials used in our flexible packaging products.
Pay Rate : $18 - $22 / hr. depending on experience and education
Location : Remote
Responsibilities :
Collect and track regulatory compliance information from internal plants and suppliers.
Analyze supplier and plant data to ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, E.U., and other international regulations.
Assist in upgrading and optimizing reporting tools and systems.
Prepare customer-facing and internal compliance documents.
Organize and maintain compliance documentation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, majoring in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Some background in Chemistry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and propose efficient solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
