Job Summary And Qualifications :

Performs diverse secretarial, operational and clerical duties in the Rehabilitative Services Department. Registration and Insurance Verification.

What qualifications you will need :

• One year minimum secretarial experience required. Experience as therapy aide preferred but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, excellent oral, written, customer service and communications skills.
• Accurate typing skills at least 50 words per minute. Ability to perform numerical calculations, billing, filing and copying, computer skills to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, hospital information system and other tools to coordinate departmental operations.
• Judgment and professionalism in handling multiple duties, changing priorities and collaboration with others in the department and organization.
