Starting pay $21 DOE
Who We Need
This job is responsible for working within a multi-disciplinary care team to provide rehabilitation services to participants that include a focus on gaining competitive employment and / or engaging in psychosocial rehabilitation activities or educational goals. Rehabilitation and Employment Specialists are responsible for developing and sustaining a culture of work at the Health Home as an integral part of recovery. You will develop relationships with community employers, providers, and other organizations to foster an increase in employment and meaningful community activity opportunities for members.
