About Neurodiagnostic Institute :
The Neurodiagnostic Institute and Advanced Treatment Center (NDI) is located on the Community Hospital East campus in Indianapolis delivering advanced evaluations and treatments for patients with psychiatric illness.
Together the NDI and the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) offer a modern, healing atmosphere for all Hoosiers.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $41, but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
A Day in the Life :
The essential functions of this role are as follows :
- Participate in the development of individual patient and resident treatment plans.
- Assess individual patient / resident interests, needs, skills and limitations to provide input into development of appropriate treatment plans and training programs.
- Plan and direct various rehabilitative activities for individual and group participation in accordance with treatment plans.
- Stimulate patient interest in activities to encourage their participation and progress.
- Advise and reinforce patients on acceptable social behavior.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports, progress reports and daily documentation, as necessary.
- Evaluate patient and resident progress as measured against treatment goals and objectives.
