salary : $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Use the Agency's information systems to gather details of billable services.
• Process bimonthly voucher submissions in accordance with funder program guidelines for timely payments and billing.
• Compile and generate accurate and comprehensive financial reports.
• Collaborate with program coordinators and managers to review and verify reports prior to initiating billing or payment processes.
• Review collected data for completeness, accuracy, and ensure appropriate approvals have been obtained.
• Apply payments received to outstanding invoices within the accounting system.
• Track and manage pending billing issues, working closely with the Revenue Manager to resolve them.
• Maintain detailed and accurate billing records to support both funder and independent audits.
• Stay informed about funder contracts and private pay processes, maintaining a general understanding and working knowledge.
• Support additional duties as assigned to assist with the overall function of the Accounting Department.
