Job descriptionReview monthly and quarterly distribution calculations Review month-end pooled fund modeling and sweep processes Review partner statement preparation and data base information Generate and distribute quarterly statements Review new account set-up for investment accuracy and maintain on-line access for partners Respond to audit requests on partner accounts Reconcile 3rd party investments monthly Assist and cross train on other monthly reconciliations President - Provide reporting information for partner visits, research for partner inquiries and complete special projects. Executive Vice President - Coordinate overall operation activities, provide reporting information for partner visits, research for partner inquiries and complete special projects. Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer - Assist with responsibilities Relationship Managers - Internal - Provide back-up assistance to team members, cross train with team members. Relationship Managers - External - Maintain current and future relationships; provide information on past partners. Accounting Department - Confirm accuracy in partner accounts; provide back-up assistance as needed. Office Administrator - Board of Trustee interaction and partner correspondence; provide back-up assistance for processing mail and answering phones. Analyst - Provide partner data for special reports. Institutional Partners - Financial Officer in Business Office and Board of Trustee members and sub-committee members Church Partners - Business Office Personnel, Pastors, Board of Trustee or governing board members and sub-committee members and individual church members Individual donors with Legacy Funds
Principal Responsibilities :
To provide excellent customer service and to assist with the duties
of the Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer.
Customer Service
- Respond to written and verbal inquiries from partners regarding current and future accounts and investments
- Prepare account deposits from partners and third-party investments
- Prepare account distributions per partner request
- Prepare standard and customized reports for partners upon request
- Prepare presentation materialsfor on-site partner visits
Trust Software Operations
Relationships : This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of
Finance & Treasurer.
