We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Release Train Engineer II to join our -DATA AND ANALYTICS EAGLE US team. This role is located in Boston, MA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
- Facilitate process and execution.
- Facilitate impediments, manage risk, help ensure value delivery, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes.
- Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in Safe.
Relevant Competencies : Agile Leadership-Intermediate / Agile Methodologies-Advanced / Business Process Improvement-Intermediate / Cross Functional Team Leadership-Intermediate / Facilitation-Intermediate / Kanban-Advanced / Lean-Advanced / Project Management-Intermediate / Project Planning-Intermediate / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)-Advanced / Scrum-Advanced / Servant Leadership-Advanced / Written and Oral Comms-Advanced.
