Key Responsibilities
Process military and veterans educational assistance programs, including tuition assistance and benefits
Maintain compliance with VA and DoD regulations while achieving service level performance goals
Advise military and veteran students on available educational benefits and support their success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Two or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in higher education
Basic knowledge of Veterans and Military education programs is strongly desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
