• Responsibilities :
• Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects in the Indianapolis area.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate project logistics, including material delivery, equipment setup, and workforce scheduling.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and more.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Requirements :
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully running a crew of 8 or more workers on commercial roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Salary :
