  • Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment
  • Support positive relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and members of the local community
  • Follow all applicable clinical, ethical, privacy, safety, billing, and regulatory requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team
  • Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage an appropriate patient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard workplace technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience
  • Pelvic-floor treatment experience or an interest in developing pelvic-health expertise
  • Experience treating orthopedic, sports-related, vestibular, occupational, or work-related conditions
  • Experience working with physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation support employees
  • Familiarity with insurance authorization, clinical documentation, and reimbursement requirements
  • New graduates with strong clinical preparation and an interest in mentorship are encouraged to apply
