Sales Business Development Director

We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sales Business Development Director to drive growth. This remote role requires moderate travel (2030%) and focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that reflect Cartus's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth : Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging market insights and Cartus's global capabilities.
• Client Engagement : Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, understand their mobility challenges, and present solutions that create measurable value.
• Sales Cycle Management : Lead the end-to-end processfrom prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and onboardingensuring a seamless client experience.
• Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including legal, client services, and implementation, to deliver innovative, compliant, and client-focused solutions.
• Market Representation : Represent Cartus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and foster partnerships.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance Cartus's service offerings and client satisfaction.
