Dietitian Live is a rapidly growing startup that focuses on helping dietitians transform access to nutrition education and counseling. We're utilizing preventative care for clients using insurance and access to the gym industry. Be a part of a revolution of dietitians and fitness professionals!

Requirements

Responsibilities :

Conduct six to eight, hour-long, video counseling sessions with clients live on camera.

Demonstrate strong counseling skills, including motivational interviewing, leading with empathy and kindness.

Help clients identify their why to create sustainable behavior changes.

Uphold high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, practicing a high level of confidentiality.

Complete session documentation (including notes, client communication, and follow-up messages) while on the call with your clients.

Stay up-to-date on current nutrition topics.

Will need to be licensed in Minnesota and credentialed with national healthcare providers. We reimburse and help with this!!!

Use motivational interviewing in client and group sessions to invoke behavior change resulting in client progress.

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to manage and prevent chronic conditions.

Help clients navigate the deeper psychological factors influencing their eating habits and long-term health behaviors.

Demonstrate leadership characteristics and look for ways to improve and implement new ideas that will enhance the services we provide our clients. Think like an owner!

Our Ideal Candidate :

Exclusively work full-time in-house as a Registered Dietitian with DietitianLive. Be advised this is not a part-time role.

Holds an ACTIVE RD License in one or multiple states.

Registered Dietitian, credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Be on camera for 6-8 hours a day and demonstrate charismatic and engaging behaviors.

Willing to ask thought-provoking questions that captivate and create long-standing clients.

Recognizes problems as opportunities for improvement and growth.

Passionate about collaborating with fellow Registered Dietitians for personal and professional development.

Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

Demonstrate resilience in the face of adversity.

Exceptional time management and computer skills.

Adaptable to change and quick to learn new systems and tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Motivated to contribute to a growing start-up.

Experienced in providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to diverse populations with various health conditions.

Monday - Friday (required to work two evenings)

Tuesday - Saturday (required to work one evening)

Monday - Saturday (one evening and a half-day Saturday and a choice of a half-day during the week) All shifts are conducted in your time zone. Day shifts are 8 - 5 PM. Evening Shifts are 11 - 8 PM.

DietitianLive's Compensation Philosophy : We compensate higher than the industry average to attract and retain the best Registered Dietitians. Providing the opportunity to earn $65,000 in your first year at an average of 26 sessions per week.

Top-performing RDs can anticipate a first-year annual average of $75,000.

Hourly Pay : $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
