We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate to join our client's Energy & Natural Resources business unit. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with a focus on renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives. This role involves advising developers, drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements, and managing financings and mergers & acquisitions related to the renewable energy sector.
