Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Leads accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to improve revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of technology sales experience. Ability to forecast, run sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Consistent track record of exceeding sales objective and territory / account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

US : Hiring Range : from $110,000 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45 / 55.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
