  • Train and coach trade allies to reduce inspection failures and improve outcomes.
  • Oversee field inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship by trade allies.
  • Analyze QC findings and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Generate regular performance reports and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends to maintain relevant program materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Maintain current auto insurance coverage that meets state requirements.
  • Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel; ability to travel 25-75% (limited overnight travel).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a building science-related field and / or relevant Building Science certifications.
  • BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications preferred.
  • HERS and RESNET Rater certification preferred.
  • Key Skills :

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for senior management.
