Job descriptionVehicle Check In : Intake video, pre QC, verifying and sending parts order Parts Management : Main parts inventory organized, track ordered parts, return unused parts, mitigate incomplete repairs. Scheduling vendors as needed for major panels, glass, etc. Vehicle Check Out : Post QC, verify special notes to ensure all promises have been kept, cross reference all ordered parts have been installed Customer Updates : Twice a week customer communication Schedule Inspection : Coordinate adjuster and client schedule to set time / date for inspection Schedule Repair : Coordinate client schedule to set time / date for repair Schedule Reinspection- Coordinate adjuster and client schedule to set time / date for inspection in the event of adjuster failing to approve correct amount on first inspection Salary : $2,200 / week (or $40 / hour, Mon-Fri 9PM-7PM, Sat 9AM-1PM) Payment Schedule : Weekly Teamwork : Being a team player is crucial to hitting the company targets and ultimately everyone’s compensation goals. Behavior that contradicts this is detrimental to all. Positive Mental Attitude : In a high volume, high paid environment you are expected to show up focused, alert and ready to perform. Negative attitudes are contagious and are detrimental to high performance. Zero Drug or Alcohol Policy : Use during work is explicitly not tolerated. Any use outside of work that begins to affect work will not be tolerated. Productive Downtime : Any downtime outside of Core Outputs is expected to be used towards Supporting Outputs or anything else deemed productive to help the team push production forward. Excessive social media use, gaming, gambling, or other distractions will not be tolerated. Vehicle Check In - 100% of RO exterior and interior condition documented properly. 100% of parts ordered correctly as required. Parts Management : Vehicle Check Out : Vehicle Check In - Any complaints we cannot defend against due to lack of proper intake video or pre-QC will be charged to whoever did check in at company’s discretion. Parts Management : Any unused parts unable to be fully reimbursed for will be charged to whoever placed incorrect part order at company’s discretion. Vehicle Check Out : Any customer complaints related to quality will be documented and discussed to prevent repeat cases.
