Position Summary :

The Paintless Dent Repair Technician is responsible for servicing new and existing accounts / customers by repairing automotive dent damage and to provide excellent customer service. Our PDR Technicians receive all the tools and supplies needed for the job. This person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a weekly sales route in their territory to maximize profits. You will be responsible for managing inventory, audits, and accurate logs of sales stops.

Base salary plus generous commission plan

As a technician you will have a base salary, plus a generous commission structure. In addition to your base salary and commission, you will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses.
