PrideStaff is seeking someone who is experienced in report writing and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Great Company, excellent opportunity!

Must type a minimum of 45 WPM. A typing test will be given after onboarding has been completed.

We are searching for a full-time Technical Report Writer who enjoys collaboration and is willing to work as part of a project team that includes Project Managers, Chemists, Data Receiving / Login Staff, and other Technical Report Writers.

Duties will include preparing reports using Microsoft Word based on findings provided by our chemists following the review of analytical chemistry data. This includes hands-on report writing of work performed by others.

Applicant must have experience in report writing using Microsoft Word in a fast-paced yet detail-oriented environment. Attention to organization and detail is a must.

Requirements :

• Proven experience with MS Word preparing reports with embedded tables
• Use of MS Word macros is a plus
• Experience with MS Excel and Word Perfect is a plus
• Must have excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Must have good organizational skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• Positive attitude, ability and desire to learn new technical skills quickly, as well as show critical thinking
• Must be a self-motivator and able to work both independently and within team environments
• Must have a reliable work schedule
