Forage provides best-in-class virtual job simulations and career preparation tools to students worldwide. The simulations offer students a real-world look at a wide variety of companies and career paths so they can make more informed choices after college. The Role in Brief

Data Reporter, Forage

We are looking for a data-driven storyteller to join our marketing team at Forage - helping us uncover compelling insights from our student data and turning them into engaging content and actionable reports. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, content creation and marketing strategy, supporting both our student marketing and enterprise partner success teams.

As a Data Reporter, you'll analyze internal and external data sources to :

• Help our student marketing team optimize campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Support our customer success team by providing clear, data-backed reports that demonstrate ROI to our employer partners.
• Create compelling data-driven stories that fuel Forage's thought leadership, PR efforts, and industry credibility.

This role may be based in Washington, DC; Richmond, VA; or remotely within the continental United States.

Compensation :

The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $51,500 - $75,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
