Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on reporting and dashboard creation. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Experience with SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with data governance principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory). Knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience principles. Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies is a plus. Certification in data management or related fields is a plus.

We are currently looking for a Reporting Data Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Report and Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in visualization tools, including Power BI, that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting, applying this knowledge to optimize reporting processes.
- Data Quality Enhancement : Identify and document data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps across various data sources.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Data Governance : Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of data governance policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data management standards and regulatory requirements.
- Data Management : Assist in data integration and transformation processes, working with tools within the Microsoft stack (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Factory).
- Support data warehousing initiatives and collaborate on data architecture design.
- Collaboration and Support : Work closely with IT, business units, and other stakeholders to identify data-related opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide support to end-users by utilizing reports and dashboards effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate data-related issues, updates, and improvements to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and priorities.
