The Job :

As a Senior Analyst, Internal Reporting, you’ll be part of our Finance Accounting Internal Reporting team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to :

Monthly Financial Close Process

  • BAL report analysis & communication to end users.
  • Support end user on HFM / FDM Issues.
  • HFM entity status report.
  • Loading GAAP tax rates, Core tax rates & shares outstanding.
  • Self IC (Inter-Company) Report & communicate out to businesses impacted by the Self IC issue.
  • Validation of do not use accounts list, to ensure no one is using these accounts.
  • Learning Monthly currency rate analysis & publication process.
  • Validation of fixed assets rollfowards for accuracy & completeness.
  • Review PVC (Price Volume & Currency) report.
  • Support Acquisitions & Divestiture activities as needed.
  • Prepare HFM Top Levels as needed for consolidation.
  • Review Affiliate Bill Clearing report for Tax reporting (Quarterly).
  • Create / maintain work instruction for Internal Reporting processes.

Annual Process :

  • Year End Package support, liaison between Internal Reporting and External Reporting team on changes required for Year End Package reporting needs. Communicating out the consolidated Year End Package to External Reporting team.
  • Retained earnings roll.
  • ERP Yearend reconciliation validation.
  • This role will be involved in special projects throughout the year.

  • Exceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion HFM, FDM or FCCS.
  • Ability to blend accounting knowledge and IT logic to recommend and implement improvements to processes and financial reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users, management and serve as a liaison between the accounting and finance innovation center teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities involving internal customer requests and demands.
  • Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment.
  • Handle special assignments promptly and professionally.
  • Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership and competency.
