We are offering an exciting part time opportunity for a Financial Reporting Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks including the preparation of consolidated financials, intercompany eliminations, managing leases, and assisting with special transactions. This opportunity offers remote flexibility (must be local to travel to office when needed) as well as flexible work hours.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate and prepare audit reports, including equity roll forward, cash flow statement, and related footnotes
• Manage intercompany eliminations each month and quarter, including revenue eliminations, inventory profit margin eliminations, due to / from eliminations, and dividend – investment eliminations when applicable
• Oversee long-term leases, ensuring they are properly set up and maintained
• Assist with special transactions and unusual accounting entries, coordinating with third-party valuation firms when needed
• Record joint venture activity, ensuring accurate year-end financials
• Calculate deferred taxes for joint venture
• Perform administrative tasks in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for month-end and year-end close, including updating FX rates, closing out A / R and A / P periods, running translation, and completing month and year-end procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports
• Ensure all financial reporting is in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in Auditing and Annual Financial Reporting.
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting and Month End Close.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software.
• Experience with Joint Ventures.
• Ability to prepare and analyze Consolidated Financial Statements.
• Knowledge of Consolidation Processes.
• Experience with financial Consolidations.
