• About the Role :

Confluent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting who embraces and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will take ownership of the completion of different SEC reporting deliverables and help scale the SEC reporting process at Confluent.

In addition, this role will be the technical accounting subject matter expert, build and maintain the Company's accounting policies, and address technical accounting issues arising from business transactions or the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.

Due to the fast-paced and high growth nature of the Company, the candidate must be detail-oriented, maintain an inquisitive mindset, and have the ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic environment to help drive Confluents continued growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced CPA with 5+ years of total progressively responsible experience and with a combination of Big 4 and public company financial reporting experience.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $143,800 - $169,020, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
