Access Representative - Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Location : Indianapolis

Job Summary : Join Cummins Behavioral Health Systems as an Access Representative, assisting consumers with registration, scheduling, and phone inquiries at one of our Outpatient office locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed
• Answer and transfer phone calls, check voicemail, and follow up as needed
• Guide new consumers through the intake process, collect insurance information, set up new consumer charts, assist with all necessary paperwork
• Check in consumers for appointments, collect fees, update consumer information, and get documents signed as needed
• Schedule and reschedule appointments, print future appointments / excuse letters
• Send, scan, and log documents into the chart
