Wagstaff manufactures equipment for aluminum producers, who process formed aluminum into parts and products you use every day.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Work Location : Onsite
Pay : $21.50 - $24.00

Wagstaff is looking for an HR Representative who is passionate about finding the right people to join our team and family!

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt personnel
- Provide excellent customer service by answering employee and manager questions or concerns
- Organize and assist in planning of employee events and activities
- Assist in the delivery of employment information specific to benefits, employment practices, etc. requiring a broad knowledge of all employment policies / practices and their application
- Assist new employees with completing their new hire benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate data and related information in personnel files (primarily electronic), creating and managing related reports, data analytics, etc. and presenting the information as requested
- Advise the HR manager on information, trends, recommendations, etc. that can help the department and company improve processes and opportunities as derived and observed from observations and functions
- Complete assigned special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and working toward timely completion of projects
- Perform filing, documentation, and other administrative functions
- Periodic domestic travel required depending upon customer and company business needs
- In order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required
- Other duties as assigned
