The Role
The Employee Development Specialist is dedicated to helping employees achieve their personal and professional goals. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one guidance, support career growth, and help employees navigate workplace challenges. You'll also collaborate with managers to create opportunities for development and ensure teams thrive in a growth-oriented culture.
What you will accomplish
- Provide one-on-one career coaching and development support to employees.
- Help employees define goals and create action plans for personal and professional growth.
- Support performance management by facilitating feedback and development conversations.
- Assist in career pathing and team development efforts in collaboration with managers.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture.
- Offer unconventional support, serving as a trusted resource for employees.
- Advocate for a positive workplace by fostering trust, fairness, and growth opportunities for employees at all levels.
- Track, Document, and Follow Through – Maintain accurate notes on Personal Development Plans (PDPs), track progress, schedule follow-ups, and ensure employees receive the necessary support and resources.
