You Are : As an AI Research Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI models and systems that address real-world problems and drive business innovation. Integration : Deploy AI models and systems into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and workflows.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products and services, addressing technical and scalability challenges.Monitor and maintain deployed models, making improvements and adjustments as needed to ensure continued effectiveness.Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align AI solutions with business objectives.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI development and deployment issues.Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Research & Innovation : Stay current with the latest developments in AI research and technology and apply relevant advancements to improve AI systems and models.Conduct experiments and tests to validate the performance of AI models and identify areas for enhancement.Contribute to the innovation pipeline by proposing and developing new AI technologies and methodologies.Travel may be required for this role.
