About the Role

We are seeking an experienced estate planning attorney who is well-versed in sophisticated trust and tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in business succession planning, asset protection strategies, and estate tax matters. A successful attorney in this role will possess a strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and approachable manner while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer planning strategies.
Implement sophisticated estate planning techniques, including grantor trusts, dynasty trusts, charitable planning, and other advanced strategies.
Advise clients on business succession planning, including structuring family limited partnerships, buy-sell agreements, and corporate reorganizations.
Navigate complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning considerations.
Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to develop holistic wealth preservation plans for clients.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on estate planning laws and trends to both clients and colleagues.
Contribute to the firms growth by fostering client relationships and participating in business development initiatives.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in estate planning and tax law.

Strong knowledge of trusts, estate tax planning, business succession, and asset protection strategies.

A self-motivated and outgoing professional with exceptional communication skills and a client-centric approach.

Experience working with high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses.
