Position Overview :

This one-year, paid research fellowship is designed for highly motivated individuals aspiring to pursue a career in orthopedic surgery or further improve your application for medical school. The role includes both remote work —managing research databases and data analysis—and in-office participation for active IDE (Investigational Device Exemption) studies, patient enrollment, and hands-on research activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain research databases (Excel proficiency required).
• Assist with ongoing clinical trials, patient enrollment, and data collection.
• Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and contribute to manuscript preparation.
• Participate in IDE and other active study projects.
• Support IRB submissions and grant applications.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to support research goals.
