We are looking for a dynamic R&D Engineer with expertise in water harvesting. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our sustainable technology initiatives, driving innovation, and addressing global challenges related to water scarcity and climate change. This position requires a strong background in environmental engineering, thermodynamics, and materials science.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop innovative water harvesting technology, focusing on enhancing efficiency and sustainability.
Research and implement heat management systems, including the design and optimization of heat exchangers for improved thermal efficiency.
Conduct experimental studies to evaluate the performance of integrated systems that combine water harvesting and heat management.
Analyze and interpret experimental data to refine designs and improve system performance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of heat management technologies into existing water and carbon systems.
Stay current with scientific literature and industry advancements in relevant fields, translating findings into practical applications.
Prepare technical documentation, including reports, research papers, and presentations for stakeholders.
Engage in grant writing and proposal development to secure funding for innovative projects.
Qualifications :
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on thermal systems.
Demonstrated experience in R&D related to water management, and heat management systems.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science principles.
Proficiency in the design and analysis of heat exchangers and other thermal systems.
Experience with laboratory experimentation and data analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with simulation and modeling software for thermal and fluid systems.
Previous experience in pilot projects or field implementations of water technologies.
Publications in peer-reviewed journals or patents related to relevant technologies.
