Overview
Purpose Statement / Position Summary : The Project Manager will lead the Children's Oncology Group research program out of the Clinical Research Support Office. They are the liaison between CHLA and Children's Oncology Group. Duties will include managing implementation of projects and project tasks to achieve successful and satisfactory project deliverables and objectives, including high quality, timely, and cost-effective execution. Develops and maintains project schedules and work plans; collaborates with and coordinates internal and external resources and stakeholders; conducts research and analyses; and monitors and documents project progress.
Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : 5+ years of progressive experience; project management experience in health care preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Capable of diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Proactive and Initiative-Driven : The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and proactively identifies the needs of the program. This includes developing or updating training materials and providing hands-on clinical research support, such as patient care.
- Strong Communication Skills : Effective at conveying information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability : Able to adjust to changing circumstances and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail : Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

- Organizational Skills : Efficient in managing time and resources to meet deadlines and project goals.
Education / Licensure / Certification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field.
Pay Scale Information
80,288.00-$144,518.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
