This is a remote position.
Job Description :
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Reservation Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with their reservation needs, helping them secure accommodations, transportation, tours, and more. This opportunity is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. This independent contractor position is commission-based.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Interaction : Engage with clients through various channels, including email, to understand their reservation preferences and requirements.
Reservation Coordination : Assist clients in making reservations for services such as accommodations, transportation, and tours, tailored to their needs.
Vendor Liaison : Communicate directly with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to check availability, negotiate rates, and secure reservations on behalf of clients.
Quote Generation : Provide accurate and timely quotes for clients’ requested reservations, ensuring transparency regarding costs and services.
Customer Support : Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, offering solutions and guidance as needed.
Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and communications with vendors.
Training and Development : Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, reservation processes, and company policies.
Requirements :
Must be 18 years or older.
Authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Proficient in email communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Reliable access to a smartphone or computer.
Stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
