  • Collaborate with campus partners including academic support services, counseling services, enrollment management, student conduct, accessibility services, athletics, campus safety, and other departments to enhance the residential student experience and support institutional enrollment and retention initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison to facilities, maintenance, custodial, and housekeeping personnel to support the safety, cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness of the residence halls.
  • Oversee individual residence hall, and support department-wide, administrative and operational functions including occupancy management, room condition documentation, key inventories and distribution, opening and closing procedures, recordkeeping, programming assessment, and resource management.
  • Support divisional and campus-wide initiatives through committee participation, collaborative projects, orientation and onboarding efforts, and active involvement in Residence Life and Student Affairs programs and events.
