The Role
The Food Hall Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities :
The Food Hall Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations.
- Knowledgeable of POS system including voids, credit card issues, closing out procedures.
- Execution of opening and closing checklists.
- Assigning and managing stall assignments and breaks in conjunction with manager and chefs on duty.
- Communicate to management team via nightly Snapshot.
- Ensuring stalls are always stocked adequately and necessary cleaning and preparation occurs during down time.
- Work closely with the hourly staff to improve customer service in all assigned areas.
- Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Maintain professional Food Hall image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.
- Ability to interact with guests and staff in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus, specials and services offered.
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations.
- Maintain clean, neat and safe work areas.
- Assist in stall staffing, training and counseling of staff.
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
- Enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Supervise general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship and communicate effectively with all company employees, vendors and partners to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency / effectiveness.
- Keeps GM and AGM promptly and fully informed of all issue (i.e. problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative course of action
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
- Conducting accurate inventory at month end.
- Assist with management on catering events.
- Oversee execution of Uber Eats
- Able to organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately. Ability to multitask and delegate duties when necessary.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
