Accounting Manager Opportunity

Our client provides services to businesses. They are creating a national network of world-class service providers united by a shared commitment to providing the highest levels of technical knowledge with superior service. The Company has already completed over 15 acquisitions in the last few years and has a national footprint. Operating revenues are over 200 million annually and they are owned by prestigious private equity firm. The Company is located in Canton, MA and the team is expected to be in office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close process, financial reporting deadlines, and preparation of variance analysis with an emphasis on operating results, including margin analysis.
• Review and approve all journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Variance research and narratives for management regarding anomalies in actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and oversee the acquisition integration process and ensure that all contracts are entered into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.

Support in guiding other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues. Partner closely with the Controller to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience :

Experience in public accounting.

CPA License.

M&A experience.

Experience with different financial software packages.
