Account Director

Role Overview

The Account Director is an individual contributor responsible for managing ID5's largest and most complex enterprise accounts. This role requires strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and executive-level relationship management. The Account Director operates with full commercial ownership, focusing on driving profitable growth, renewals, and strategic expansions while representing ID5 as a thought leader in the AdTech ecosystem.

Reporting To : VP, Client Growth

Key Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships with VP+ and C-suite clients across top-tier accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand revenue across multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Lead complex renewal and commercial negotiations, aligning client outcomes with ID5's objectives.
• Leverage industry relationships to open new opportunities and strengthen ID5's market position.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure contractual and delivery excellence.
• Represent ID5 at key industry conferences and client events.
