Overview

As engineers, architects, construction / program managers, environmental professionals and beyond, we play a significant role in shaping our communities through the services we provide. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.

Resident Engineers to work on NYCDDC, NYCDEP and NYCDPR projects. . preferred. Five years experience on similar construction projects. Must be conversant with City specifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications
Oversee inspection personnel
Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and / or NYS Professional Engineer License

Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience

3 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer

Certifications / Licenses :

NY PE License preferred

LI-JC2

The pay range for this position in New York City is $145,600.00 - $187,200.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the salary transparency provisions of the NYCHRL. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via the NV5 careers site.
