Quality Management Associates, Inc.QMA is a leading provider of services and supports for adults with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Our services include community living programs, vocational training and supported employment, structured day supports, clinical and therapeutic programs, professional training services, and support coordination services. We currently serve individuals in settings throughout Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Salem and Atlantic counties in New Jersey, and throughout Delaware.
QMA’s Direct Support Professional are responsible for performing tasks that are essential to helping adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities lead safe and satisfying lives. They assist the people we serve with daily living activities including personal goals, recreation and daily household living. They facilitate proper medical care and meet the physical, emotional and personal needs of the people we serve.
Minimal Necessary Skills :
A high school degree or GED
Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.
Must have a professional manner (demonstrate / exhibit professional behavior).
Needs to be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills and experience with data collection.
Hours : (must be avaiable for one of the below BLOCKS)
BLOCK 1 (Overnight)
Sunday 7A-12p / Sunday 11p-9A / Monday 11p-9A / Tuesday 11p-9A
BLOCK 2 (Middle Shift)
Wednesday 2 : 30pm-11p / Thursday 2 : 30p-11p / Friday 2 : 30pm-11pm / Saturday 1 : 30pm-11pm
BLOCK 3 (MIDDLE SHIFT)
Saturaday 7A-2p / Sunday 12p-11p / Monday 3p-11p / Tuesday 3p-11p
BLOCK 4 (Overnight)
Wednesday 11pm-9A / Thursday 11P-9A / Friday 11p-7A / Saturday 11p-7A
Job Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
A physical and mantoux less than 6 months old
Must have a flexible schedule
