Responsibilities
As a Resident Experience Manager– Multifamily with Hines, you will play an integral role in demonstrating a 5-star resident and guest service experience in every interaction at our community in North Looop Green 360. You will exemplify extraordinary customer service skills as you provide prompt response and showcase your vast knowledge of local entertainment and restaurant venues. Your possessing of in-depth familiarity of the local businesses will be vital to your success. Reporting to the General Property Manager, the Resident Services Coordinator - Multifamily is insightful, helpful, and understands the value of good service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Leads by example, lives the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of the community.
- Builds brand loyalty by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive.
- Responsible for reputation of the community, monitoring and responding to all reviews.
- Enthusiastically greets all residents, perspective residents, guests and visitors with a friendly face.
- Maintains courteous communication with the owners, residents, their guests, and vendors.
- Serves as a point of contact for all residents and guests.
- Curate elevated resident events.
- Provides dedicated concierge services for Penthouse Units as described by management.
- Provide assistance in ensuring a seamless resident move-in experience.
- Assists with the organization and execution of resident & community events.
- Maintains pride in the property’s maintenance and appearance needs, by ensuring lobby and public areas are neat and orderly.
- Partner with commercial team to coordinate resident events and preferred employer events.
