Job Description
We are seeking talented and team-oriented Resident Relations Manager to join our luxury senior living community, Balfour Central Park , located in the popular Central Park neighborhood in north Denver . Here our residents enjoy our signature amenities and services. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.
Schedule : Full Time Days
Pay : $60,000-$63,000
The Resident Relations Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
What will I do every day?
- Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk
- Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team
- Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively
- Manage the department budget
- Help coordinate resident focus group meetings
- Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his / her new home
